What is next?
I think the next consideration towards thins market is involving supplements and herbals pills. The market up for this industry is huge and people will already feel comfortable making the transition. I think this would be a great addition toward less use of drugs in any case of scenario. How this can be manufactured is the same way as a normal supplement extracted from the plant or herb. How I would make this interactive is create an app to show your activity use and also don’t forget/ daily reminder.
Exiting Market interviews-
1.     I spoke to my boss she owns a supplement ad herbal company and she has always had a passion for the health industry. She said it is not easy, but she is happy to contribute to make people healthier.
2.     I spoke to an older patient in a rehabilitation center he currently takes supplements and wouldn’t mind trying out my products the only thing he was questioning was the strength of the extract.
3.     I spoke to my mom just because she does take supplements and thinks it can be a good transition for the newer generation with the app to not to forget to take your vitamins.
Reflection- After listening to what they thought of my product I didn’t think I could expand into this market just from one problem. The ultimate goal was to help people overcome the drug abuse/overdose but if the people can implement this into their lifestyle humanity will live for a long time.
From my interviews they all seemed open minded about it except the guy I interviewed at the rehabilitation center, he wanted to know what herbs, how much mg, the dosage, and just the typical medical questions you would see on the label. This made me question the packaging.

New Market- the new market I just thought of it is catered towards literally everyone. They do not have to be involved with drugs or any substance abuse. I think this can be tricky but interesting at the same time with the numbers of reoccurring customers that will come back to this market. The only reason I say this is the transition to a “healthy life” has only started with in the past five years with the crazy diets, exercises, and the social media trends.
New market interviews-
1.     I spoke to a health expert that I work with and she said that typically the average person is deficient in same sort of major key supplement they need in their body.
2.     I spoke to my finance director and he had no idea of this market, but I was explaining the numbers to him and even though he does not take supplements he was interested on how much of the market it can grow.
Reflection-
I think this can be a good Segway into the next project I wish to start. It is somewhat easy and simple. I would already have a base of clients along with going to big retailers. The down fall of this venture is that it is highly clustered already, so I don’t know it is too late to make a start on it and see a big a return. I still don’t mind taking the risk just because it is supplements, the worst thing is that it doesn’t work. I know this product will help the individual’s overall health and well-being.

  1. Hi Ariel! I like how you connected with your boss that uses and has alternative medicine that is suppose to help and heal people. You being descriptive on how it works and the different benefits that it offers can really be a game changer to people that suffer with relapsing since they cannot handle being off of the drug they became obsessed with.
